We are a private pay facility. We do accept Long Term Care insurance as well as VA benefits.
Yes, all rooms are private unless a significant other is sharing with you.
Absolutely! A tour can be scheduled at any time throughout the week.
Delicious!! Our kitchen staff is very accommodating and makes three home cooked meals daily. Breakfast is served at 8:00am, Lunch is served at Noon, and Dinner is served at 5:00pm. New Menus are made seasonally so there is always a variety.
a. Our care coordinator keeps a close watch on all residents and their medications. The Personal Care Aids are trained how to properly administer each individual’s medication.

a. The Cloisters utilizes the Wyoming County Transit Bus service to take residents to appointments. We also work with The Office of The Aging to assist in transportation of residents to appointment. This is also the responsibility of the family members.

They can certainly bring their car with them to The Cloisters and feel free to leave when every they please

Yes, a lease and agreement is signed that is a month to month.
Yes! We offer adult day care from 8:00am- 6:30pm for members of the community who can participate in all activities that are offered. Up to two meals are included in each day.
We do! We all need a break at times. A minimum of 3 days and no more than 120 days at a time to allow families to go on vacation. Respite care includes our full activities program as well as other services.
